Is There a Way to Encourage Women in the Church?
Simon: I have a sister who is frustrated with the church's view of women. She thinks that the role of single women, nun's consecrated vergions, hasn't been well defined or explored by the church. Simon says instead of trying to embrace what women are called to give as mothers and as brides, the mistake has been in trying to give them the same roles - equal dignity does not need to be taken away.
