Being a pm is a very tasking job and it takes a toll on everyone. I firmly believe that it all starts with you. These are our, you know, customers are real boss, and they write our paycheck. But I think it's important to remember is we're also customers ourselves. And even when we're rewarded at the end as a result, we end up walking around with how that made us feel.
