There is this endogenous effect that is distinct from behavioral factors and environmental factors because often that might be the concern or what people presume it's going to be. So regardless of whether we call it a circadian rhythm or a diurnal variation depending on who you talk to, what this is really good at showing is that there is this internal clock in humans. And as you know, in that graph, which we will put in the study notes, it's really quite visually striking to see that where we have this peak in biological evening around 8 p.m. And then that trough is in biological morning around 8 a.m. with this 17% difference. These were not down to those other factors
