A habit that could be stopping you from the life of your dreams is being endlessly distracted. From my experience, small distractions are equivalent to big distractions. Anything that pulls you away from your most important mission is a big problem. You don't want to let the tiny things become big things over time or let in the seemingly insignificant things become significant. The best projects are ones that are a little scary. They are going to provide that sense of energy by themselves.
