Relaxation and Mindfulness Meditations Can Be Very Helpful
Meditation can be helpful in a lot of ways, am but it's a skill that can be built. This is different from the relaxation meditations, because you're not necessarily trying to relax yourself here. You're more focusing on this mental skill to allow yourself to not be derailed by things in your environment or things in your own head or body. So its it's one thing that really can help you keep going in in a productive way in life. Im simply sitting being calm, slowing down, is also a great way to do a few other small things like one,. It does tend to sort of calm your primitive mind and allow you to have thoughts in important things bubble to the surface
