i go into internal family systems and i start working with parts. We might all have a sort of school bus of inner parts, of inner children,. Of tromatized parts, of parts that are fighting each other all the time. And how do we they're polarized with each other? That which is guiding them is larger than that smaller polarization. But what i have found in myself is that there's a mysterious way of working with all those parts so that none of them are exiled or given too much purchase either. It's almost like casting a vote, like a democratic process.
