How Do You Build Your Guilting?
It starts with essentially sketching out the time lines and ogrol tasks that the i think are needed during diligence and during integration. I then sketch the wholet to each and every tea member individually in order to get them on board. And on picking specific people, i also weigh what is their availability to accomplish the tasks at hand in the given time line? So i'm trying to be completely transparent with them. Once that happens, there's full sign off, and we can proceed.
