The Reserve Bank's View on House Prices
I can see it still falling through parts of this, this year still. I don't think it's fully run its course. The thing that got me was the Reserve Bank saying that house prices look like they were sort of more towards a sustainable level. It'll be interesting to see how they put all that together when it comes to doing something like DTIs and where they set them. You know, there's been some pretty significant changes that mean that what happened 20, 30 years ago is unlikely to happen again.
