To get the inbetween, and not get all the extremes, is to go out and actually meet the person that is using your product. What you should really do is make it into a conversation. Get to know them, geve them to feel comfortable, because you want to get them at a level where they are honest with you. So i found that taking people out for drinks and stuff like that was a very good way to do thata.
