For example, when I first started speaking to a camera or recording podcasts, reallyspeaking to a camera, my flow didn't come so easily. But now when I turn on the mic or turn on the camera, I'm immediately met with flow. It's just as I observed myself speak, it's like, wow, it definitely wasn't always like this.
