CIGEN's Takeout of CTI BioFarma
There's been a lot of activity over the last two weeks and we're finally hitting the M&A streak we've all been expecting. Baxter sold its BioFarma Solutions business to Advent and Warburk Pincus for $4.2 billion. Cineos, the form of services business, was acquired also by a private equity consortium for $7 billion plus this week. And I know everybody's tracking the SERP to adcom. We'll definitely get to that a little bit later, but we're first gonna cover other news.
