Get off the plane, go to a spa or even go to a jewellery. Don't just try to go to sleep if you can't. When I'm on a plane, I do not touch alcohol. Doctor told me day drinking is basically okay, but don't sleep before bed. That's because you might fall asleep. You won't get into that perfect REM sleep that you want. So yeah, you can fall asleep if you drink. You're not going to get any good quality sleep with that account. We really shouldn't be eating. A luxury travel company person tell us to eat nothing.
