Cambridge Folk Scene - The Summer of Love Am The
The cambridge folk scene had been popping off there in the early sixties a mainly at a place called club y seven. The first folk artist to take the stake there was a very young joan byas, whose reputedly c a connected father worked at m i t m. In addition to the folk scene hitting its peak in the summer if 19 62, something else newsworthy happened in cambridge that summer. A lot of women started turning up dead, six of them in that first summer alone and seven more of the next couple of years. Is entirely fitting then that, as with laurel canyon, the cambridge scene came complete with its own resident psycho killer.
