Gmail inbox gets in integrated or loaded in the help scout. So I can do my emailing from help scout and then the rest of the team can see the emails, but I've still got my old Gmail inbox in the back end that I can interact with. And it gives you this ability to like talk about the email as like an overlay within help scout. It's easy to assign them to other people without just forwarding them and creating the weird email chains.
