Is There a Duty to Name Every Possible Risk?
It's unclear that o the idea that we have some legal duty to name every possible risk, even in the face of the patients saying they do not want to hear it. And i don't consider thits any different i adjusted the way that i consent patients back when i was for my oral boards. Because it's better to have those conversations before surgery and eow, everything goes as planned, rather than being stuck after surgery with a lesson ideal outcome.
