I think the what a Mac app is today has fundamentally changed. indie developers are now making native Mac software, right? And it's fine. I'm not here to say I hate Mac software. No, I love Mac software, but it's more, it's become more of a niche thing if it ever was. The apps on the Mac now occupy an entire spectrum from what we would call fully native to single site web apps.
