In japan, i think people expect you to work at the same company for along long time. When you graduate from school, you're kind of expected to be working for a company for the rest of life. But they actually overwork. And it's just like a custom of the company. Ye, it's like that. It's a brat company. Ah, we cannot really say that's abra company, you know, it just, you're just unlucky to have then binbs.
