How to Deal With Guilt

We my people, you and I have a very intense form of guilt that is akin to PTSD. It's so incredibly painful and visceral that we have to literally teach ourselves to tolerate that intensity by deliberately coming up with tools to manage it in our bodies. So imagine this feeling of guilt is passing through your body and you are holding tight and breathing through that pain. We're simple, soothing. Just try and call something to mind. For me, that is smoking meat on my patio with applewood and the kids are playing in the sun. And now let's just take some slow, deep breaths.
