CHAPTER

Mammal Mode or Amygdala Mode

i have a question about my mode at home the mammal mode or amygdala mode if say for example there are with two teenage daughters and worrying about their safety feels like i'm constantly in that kind of mode yeah would you have any tips where if it's an external cause that triggers that what could we do? I tend to struggle with that as well um worrying about our daughter as well as as a very small child she nearly died actually when she when she was three weeks old  it's always at the back of my mind what if that happens to her again what you know so so that's a tricky thing to deal with.
