The Importance of ESG in Corporate Governance
The concept of ESG seems to me like somebody who's, they possess a certainty beyond the warrant of the evidence for their moral beliefs. I actually am not totally convinced that they even buy their own moral convictions. So there's a difference between measuring a thing and then using that measurement to control a thing. And I actually think that they realized very quickly, if it started good, great, that they could use this to control corporations.
