Aaron: JP jumped into so much at once. As an engineer, he was over-complicating things when it could have been simpler. So the biggest thing that I would, someone knew it's like it doesn't have to be crazy margins but it's like something that's comfortable and not completely tearing a house apart which is what I focus on personally.
