How to Support Your Child on Test Day
Be sure your child has enough fluids for the few days before testing and have them bring a water bottle during tests. Hydrated bodies have more effective brains. Have your child eat a typical breakfast so that they don't have stomach issues or sugar drop off. If the teacher will allow it, even mince and gum are great supports during tests because mint flavor helps alert students who have to sit for a long period of time.
