Ernie Singleton who later became the president of MCA was working for fantasy records. Ernie Singleton: I released a record on the emotions they had a record called Shout Not Love. He says when he told the guy we have an opportunity to be successful he said no and that's what happened so after that whoever signed with fantasy I left in seven to eight years.
