I was trying to use too much weight for my dynamic ever work. And I wasn't improving my speed and power. That's stupid. You are not working. No, but I can see how that happens with the wrestler in the lower body. We definitely see that. Because it's a different mindset. Fucker's run stairs for an hour on end. Just cuz. But I had to make those changes until Louis called me out on it. There was also, quite frankly, the embarrassment of lifting it west side. My best bench ever at 132 was 260. Which like from a body weight perspective, it's not bad. But like 260 at West Side, are you kidding
