The Importance of Investing in a Business
I remember calling back to Elise and Pamela in New York, and I said, I think we need to shut it down. It was hard. We were still not making any money. Nobody was making a salary. Andy was funding everything. And at that point, we were all kind of putting money in Pamela, putting some into Elise. The partners who we brought in as equity partners on a handshake without any salary. They said, well, we just left us started with you. Right.
