People with ADHD are often powered by anxiety, right? Like something I like to say is that anxiety is the only thing we can burn for fuel and wind up with more of it when we're done. A lot of the times we're really using anxiety to get ourselves motivated. There's a few different ways to crack that nut. The kid who gets overwhelmed by a timer, one option is to just not use timers anymore.
