How to Communicate With People

The IBCS standard does a very good job of communicating common patterns in data and helps you identify, you know, the highs versus the loads. And so all we're doing is we're learning how to communicate these techniques. We really are talking to other people via a chart. Can I get the visual to invoke the same analysis and or emotion? You might need an arrow. You might need a chat bubble. It's hard for people to understand what you're presenting to them if they aren't used to it. So be cognizant of this as you develop your toolkit.
