The Importance of Balance in Property Valuation

The vast majority of our property would not some equity. But there are a few that's probably a handful in there where you look and think, how did we ever get a value rate at that level in 2006? And then maybe the rent isn't 500. Maybe the rent is zero because you have a 10 unfortunately, you know, loses that job. You know, even with the growth we've had and a little rest of it. They're still, I wonder, from the fascinating things in terms of sort of reviewing our portfolio.
