I want to create a network of people that work with me in my own market. So it's really this, this give and take relationship where again, we're collectively working together.

Until a couple of years ago, medium-term rentals, also called corporate rentals or traveling nurse rentals, were the sleepy investing strategy that only experienced investors like Jesse Vasquez knew about.
