When you're using the word swarm, I should probably let you define it how you're using it. So you can think of it as literally a hive of activity. It gets started when somebody has an idea that they demonstrate, created a lot of value for them and that their neighbors are really interested in. Other people are watching that situation and saying, hey, I can do that too. And all of a sudden, you have a large group. Constant watching one another and copying what's working.
