The Importance of Balance in Training for Time-Crunched Athletes

When I think about time-crunched, I think about somebody who's working 50 to 60 hours a week and just doesn't have a lot of time to train. The training has to change and the training has to dictate what their training time actually is. It can also change based on seasonality or if they have a new child or they have a seasonal job. So that's a huge factor with these types of athletes.
