The Truth About Anger
When someone is slandered a part of them begins to entertain the fact that they are, in fact, what the other person called them. That creates internal conflict and then that internal conflict manifests itself as anger. A constant revisiting of the source of one's problems doesn't cure anybody. He eventually begins to create an understanding with a person, which begins to free him from the problems he's in prison to.
