The Importance of Consciousness

When you watch someone self-amoliate and not flinch, it is recognized that there is something about consciousness that they're experiencing that is outside of our reference frame. And so if you are undergoing a great deal of pain and you want to say, well, what are my options? If somebody doesn't tell you that that's a real option, they're not being very competent in terms of giving the alternatives. So I want everybody to go watch these videos and look at the pictures because since we don't have that experience, it's easy to just call bullshit.
