You Do Not Need to Live in an English Speaking Country to Get Fluent
You do not need to live in an English speaking country to be able to get fluent. Here are a few things that need to happen for you to get fluent no matter where you live. If you don't encounter English speakers on a regular basis, on a daily basis, you have to create that for yourself. Another thing is that you want to surround yourself by people who are like-minded and would hold you accountable. I'm going to link to it in the description below.
