i'm not sure how many books you'd have to write before a before that would actually start to move in that direction, or not just you, but anybody else. How do we get there? We have to think about it on an institutional level. You could have one school develop an entirely new reward structure. So the entire system has to change. That includes accreditation bodies, ad estart se movement there. The journals fer starting o see movement. There are training programmes to teach young professors how to engage with the general public.
