The Pros and Cons of a Short Term Rental
It took us a while to plan out our renovation and get started. We did not renovate all 40, it's 40 a but we turned it into I think 46 now because we can find some of the rooms. But so yeah, we didn't renovate every single room yet. So there are still some economy rooms, basically, that are a lot more dated. Now we have pretty much luxury vacation rental type cat, larger residences. And then we also have what's considered upscale offerings or upper mid scale offerings,. Hotel rooms, and then they're all in one hotel brand.
