Maria Vavabilova Putin's Commissioner for Children's Rights is interviewed by Vice News. She stands accused of the mass abduction of Ukrainian children as many as 19,000 according to the Ukrainian authorities and she's been placed on a sanctions list by the United States U Kingdom and the European Union this interview is proving controversial to say the least with some arguing that there's nothing to be gained by giving this lady a platform.
