The timeouts for HGLCs will be longer. There's a debate about how much this matters for, because this essentially makes you a less, less juicy routing node. I think otherwise, I think all the constructions of channels that use any prep out are almost strictly superior. Darrick is sort of a drop in replacement for Ellen penalty today, in a sense. I think it's just simply better.
