Is the Sovereign Individual a Disruptor?

Peter Thiel is a disruptor, right? He wants as many of these silly things. One of his big ideas with sea-steading to abandon nation states and just live on kind of glorified oil rigs where you could have your own laws. But this is the precursor of the sovereign individual, right? This is what they were going to do before they realized that they didn't need to go and sit on an oil rig, they could just put it all online. Is that the conspiracy?
