The healthiest way that you can support your body is sometimes to take off, skip that work out. Exercise has these profound health benefits, awesome, right? But you are exposing your body to stress. And if you are under chronic stress, it's only going to add fuel to the flame. If you do a workout and you feel totally gased and you're exhausted and you can't really get up from the floor, then you got a twinge in your knee later that day.
