Are You Accelerating the Unimportant?
progress without impact is basically, you know, maybe it's not exactly taking steps back, but it's definitely not progressing the sense that you would want it to have. Are you accelerating what matters most or are you accelerating the unimportant? Right? How do you bridge the language divide and connect what's happening in your software factory to what’s happening in the rest of the business? And so a lot of agile transformations struggle when they try to communicate to a CFL or to a CEO or COO. You're not able to connect what you're doing to what the business needs. That's a big barrier and a friction from becoming business agile as opposed to just software agile.
