How to Make a Good Decision in the NHS

Soldiers are used to making challenging decisions in the armed forces. Some of those decisions cause moral distress, which can lead to anger and shame. One o say is that forgiveness, almost from above, or so someone in authority, might be helped ful a sort of sense that this wasn't your fault - but it is. What we're trying to do here at Dondon hospital is make sure that when staff embark on their journey they really take these duties seriously.
