Germany's attorney general said that the 25 people who were arrested are accused of being members of or supporting a domestic terror organization. Germany has for many years had a movement called the Reichsburger, which means sort of citizens of the empire. They've always been considered a rather kind of comical, sort of ridiculous and eccentric band of people. But it does seem that they've become increasingly radicalized.

The US bond market is signalling that investors expect the Federal Reserve to stay the course in its battle to tame inflation, Peru’s congress impeached the country’s president just after he announced he was dissolving the legislature, and German police made arrests related to an alleged rightwing plot to overthrow the government. Plus, US supply chain disruptions have eased, which is helping to bring down inflation.
