The Canadian government is pushing a news bill that would require tech companies to pay more compensation for the value they extract. CNN's John Defterios says he thinks most people would be fine with this, if it was framed in terms of political economy. "These are concerns that many countries, I think, outside the United States have as well," defterios said.
