The Role of White Hall in Local Government
I wanted to ask a question about the role between the centre and their local response. A good example is planning, which obviously can't be too localised. How do we rewire decision-making so it's done nearest to people affected by decisions? And how do you incorporate children's voices in relation to mental health into your work? I'm sure Sadiq will jump on this one - Covid has been an opportunity to learn a lot.
