Anxiety is always going to fire you into your head and go into this anxious loop that the child in you believed was helpful. If you're a sensitive child, which just about everybody I see with chronic anxiety was born sensitive, it doesn't take a lot of trauma to push you into that alarm state. So what I'm trying to tell you is, can you allow yourself to feel that alarm? Can you embrace that alarm? And then all of a sudden I'm back in a worry again. How did I get here? How did I got here? It's so automatic. But after you realize, hey, I'm actually in control of this. I don't like this feeling
