I think the core level of behavior and skills kind of stay the same. Culture now plays such a deeper role than it did when we were co-located in specific spots, depending on what your demographic was like where you lived. I have team members from India and China and the Ukraine and people from Philadelphia, New Jersey and in the Midwest in California. And everybody is different. You know, talking about your feelings at work can be kind of an American phenomenon... Not all parts of the USA even express grief the same.
