The Role of 18 US Section 241 in the Civil War
18 US section 241 is called conspiracy against rights. If two or more persons conspire to injure, oppress, threaten or intimidate any person in any state territory commonwealth possession. It was originally designed to secure the civil rights of freedmen and is very broad. There's actually quite a bit of precedent applying it to my situation. And so this has always screamed to me fake electors slash Georgia Sarah, it does not scream to me January 6 at least based on the information we have.
