I was kind of thinking about somebody who's like newly in love, like smitten, they are like, there's just like this force field going on where they're just like googoo for this one person or whatever. And you can see that play out once you coat a Teflon pan because if you put water on it, it rolls right off. But if you put oil in grease, it sticks to it a little bit better. That's because the non-polar can a little bit interact with other non-polars, not very effectively and all of it will come off easily. I think that's a pretty good explanation.
