Is the System Racest?

It assumes, like a priori that this system would not have this many black people in jail and this many white people in jail. So from that starting point, we can conclude that the system is racest. And there is probably some element of truth in that, but it probably also skips over a lot of lenuance. Youre tok a bout, like an educational system, a criminal justice system like those ore those are top down things that exist. It's not as simple as just saying, well, you individually, just don't be races.
